Method of Obtaining Personal Data
We obtain your personal data through your application for a recruitment process (by email or post), responses to job advertisements published by us on our website or on partner job portals, during personal meetings, or through communication via social networks.
Personal Data We Process
In particular, this includes the following information:
First and last name, academic title, year of birth, address, telephone number, email address, (photograph), information about education and work experience, language skills, and other professional skills.
How We Process Personal Data
Your personal data is used to assess and evaluate your suitability for open job positions. When a match is identified between a client’s requirements and your profile, we will present the job opportunity to you. If you find the offer of interest, express your interest, and consent to being included in the selection process, your application materials will be provided to the potential employer for further assessment. We do not provide your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent.
Data Retention Period
We retain your personal data only for the period strictly necessary to process your request for job placement. The retention period is based on the duration specified in the Consent to Processing you have provided, typically as follows:
- In response to a published job vacancy via an application or response form: for the duration of the recruitment process, for a maximum of 6 months, unless the consent is withdrawn or extended.
- Registration in our internal candidate database: for a maximum of 5 years, unless the consent is withdrawn or extended.
Your Rights
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we process about you. You may request correction, updating, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing in writing or electronically by contacting the data controller at the address or email provided. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

The data controller declares that all appropriate technical and organisational measures have been implemented to ensure the security of personal data. Technical measures have been adopted to secure data storage systems and repositories containing personal data.
